Welcome to the ONCARE PHARMACY SMS program. By opting in to receive text messages from ONCARE PHARMACY, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Program Description

ONCARE PHARMACY provides a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) that includes sending you prescription refill reminders, order updates, pickup/delivery notifications, promotional offers, coupons, health tips, and other pharmacy-related messages via SMS/text messaging.
 

2. How to Opt In

You may join the Program by:

• Texting a designated keyword to our short code or phone number

• Filling out an online or in-store web opt-in form

• Checking the SMS opt-in box during checkout

• Providing your phone number and consent at the pharmacy counter

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission to use the mobile number provided.
 

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 4–8 messages per month, depending on your prescription activity, promotions, and preferences.
 

4. Message & Data Rates May Apply

All charges for text messages are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. ONCARE PHARMACY does not charge for sending or receiving messages. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.
 

5. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. and Canadian carriers including, but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carrier availability is not guaranteed.
 

6. How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying to any message with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States or Canada to participate
 

9. Changes to Terms
